On your home page go to the bottom of your friends list to where it says "Change your top friends"...when you get to that page there will be a place at the top of that page where you can pull down an option of up to 40 friends to put on your top friends. Then you can arrange them to your liking and don't forget to save it. Pretty simple...Hope that helps!
