Why am i the last person on everyone's myspace is it because im new? and people on my friends that are not on my top... HELP!

What decides the order of people out of your top on myspace?

Yes - the friends that are not in the top friends, are placed in order by their Friend ID number in chronological order - so it's in order of who signed up when. If you're new, you'll be at the end of the list. That's just the way it is.
