no...they have to have a myspace profile...but therz this wesite you can go to if you want to create your own top friends list...it lets you change the names to what you want and you can put pictures (using an html address ) so if you upload a picture of your top one to photobucket or whichever online picture album you have...you can copy and paste the code into the number one spot on your top 24...try it out
